I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel has a spacious room with a comfortable bed and beautiful views of the theme park, but I encountered several cleanliness issues. The check-in process was also a bit slow, which could be improved. Overall, while the location is great for exploring Ancol, some aspects of the service and facilities need attention.
